A material blending high-count cotton and bamboo through a special weaving method. The bamboo fibers provide excellent breathability and a moderate crispness. Digital printing was applied at a long-established dyeing factory in Kyoto, using state-of-the-art inkjet printing machines.
Print Production Process: First, Stovaigh modified their own lenses and used old photographic techniques to express the texture of the subject differently from conventional cameras. Next, after creating digital images, they additionally employed a technique called "sorted paper printing" to create a unique color tone and texture. Finally, the resulting images were scanned again to convert them into digital data, and a digital print was produced.
